These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and w666 ("w666", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the w666 online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, live dealer games, slot games, promotional offers, and any other features or services made available through the w666 website at https://w666.im.

w666 limits each player to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery function or contact our support team.

w666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a regulatory requirement and is non-negotiable.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your w666 account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

w666 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any message purporting to be from w666 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

You must notify w666 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. w666 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

w666 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner that poses a risk to the platform or other players.

w666 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the w666 cashier section.

All deposits are credited to your w666 account balance in real time, subject to confirmation from the payment provider. In cases where a deposit is delayed, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all players. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed the w666 KYC identity verification process. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending until verification is complete.

• w666 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Wagering requirements: All bonus funds awarded by w666 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is clearly stated on each offer page. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Bonus expiry: All w666 bonuses have an expiry period, stated on the individual offer page. If the wagering requirement is not met within the expiry period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. Extensions to bonus expiry periods are not available.

• Each w666 promotion is available to one account per person, per household, and per device.
• w666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who w666 determines are abusing bonus offers — including through matched betting, bonus hunting, or any other exploitative strategy — may have their bonus eligibility revoked and winnings derived from such activity voided.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of their stated wagering terms.

w666 offers casino games, live dealer games, slot games, and sports betting markets including cricket, PSL, international football, and UFC. Each game and betting market operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant betting market page.

All casino games on w666 use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure that outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by the platform or any third party. RNG certifications are maintained as a condition of w666's gaming license.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game or betting event, w666's decision on the outcome of affected bets shall be final. Bets that cannot be completed due to a system error may be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance at w666's discretion.

Sports betting markets, including PSL cricket betting, are subject to the settlement rules stated within the relevant market. w666 reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend any sports betting market in cases of obvious pricing errors, match-fixing suspicions, or data feed failures from our official data providers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on w666. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one w666 account per person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with w666 games or betting markets in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in game logic, or pricing errors in betting markets for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer games or any other multi-player game format.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the w666 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way commercially exploit any w666 content without our prior written consent.

The w666 name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of w666. Unauthorised use of any w666 trademark, including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w666 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the w666 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

w666's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your w666 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

w666 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. w666 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime or technical interruptions.

w666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on w666, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to w666 will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no fraud investigation is ongoing.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w666 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between you and w666, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. w666 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body specified in w666's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights to seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
